A dream is a dream, thanks for sharing I guess, but you can take it whichever way you want. I already can't wait for November... I'll be with Bute, Diaconu, and Jojo Dan this Saturday... If you guys come up with a serious question, I can get an answer from him then and there... I have a few questions of my own and I'm even going to give him some advice lol.
Well, the obvious question for Lucian would be "what conclusion he and Interbox have reached after analysing the Froch fight?" (if it's not a secret); it's actually related to this interview: http://www.gsp.ro/sporturi/box/vacanta-a-luat-sfirsit-bute-a-plecat-in-canada-voi-reveni-cu-centura-342067.html maybe you've already thought about asking that. It would be really nice if you could share with us, after this weekend and with their permission, personal thoughts about their boxing careers or their future objectives ( to Diaconu for example if he intends to become a boxing trainer) . They have a lot of fans appreciating and supporting them (me included)
Ask if he felt he was prepared to fight in another country, what he learned from the experience and what he'd do different another time. Ask also if he had trouble making weight and when he considers moving up to LHW.
Ok, I'll try to get a few of these questions in without bombarding him... It's a babtism so I don't want to drill him to hard on his career and work. I'm sitting at the same round table as him so I want to get a feel for where his heads at after the loss.
You know my english isn't really good, so the only thing I understood are : "I had a dream about Froch, blah blah blah, ****ed Carl, blah blah blah, I was jolly relieved" Oh, and something like "Lucian Bute can take it on the chin" :rofl
Did i just read that Allan Green would not be a bad tuneup fight ? I need to be 100% sure here :yikes
Just thought the fact that Carl got cut to pieces by a boat's propellor would be interesting for the survivors on the dinghy. If I was having inappropriate dreams about blokes I wouldn't be putting myself up 4 abuse on this thread of all places! Dreamt I ****ed lady gaga and I couldn't even tell you one of her songs(apart from the 1st six albums!) What does that mean BatTheMan?:think
Selective lack of linguistic ability there Cloudz.:naughty Although I did notice some of my bracketed comments could have been slightly better placed. I notice no one's focusing on the fact that Carl came back OK after being slaughtered by a propellor.:think Noisy, hostile crowd perhaps? "Never mind THEM mate. There's not a mark on me" Still,Lucian's got a 12-0-1 megastar to get by first.I'm sure he'll rediscover his balls with 15(?)000 home fans cheering him on. Home advantage, nobody opponent.... It'll be like the Cobra never happened.:yep
like erm let me think...... got it stay away from punchers especailly the ones named froch :hey:yep:good
That would indeed be good advice, but from my understanding, he's a little stubborn per say, and he wants to test himself in the re-match by knowing very well what could happen to him. His team knows this is a major risk to his/their careers, but it's Bute that wants this. Not even Interbox can stop him now.... Literally, who in the right mind would think Bute would win in a re-match? Maybe some delusional hardcore fan that can't understand boxing. Truth is he lost hard, and due to his awful punch resistance and shock. In the mean time we can only wait and see if he can correct all of his mistakes and hopefully put up a good fight. He has a strong heart and will and I'm wishing him the best. Froch is one mean SOB, and I think Bute learnt a lot from him that night. He learnt a little bit about the harsh truth of boxing and life. Froch had everything to prove that night in his home town and he wasn't letting god himself rain on his parade! I feel that in a re-match, his mindset won't be as intense, and it will be completely opposite circumstances (hometown and all the little things in between), but mainly Bute's mentality and attitude. He will be the one which will have everything to prove this time around....
