Are you suggesting that because he had Memo in camp Marquez was on the sauce? They offered team pacquiao to take the test, Pacquiaos team started singing a different tune.

I mean if you go based on Memo as evidence Wildcard has had a few that have tested positive for steroids, Just In Fortune, who was Mannys long time conditioning coach, James Toney.... so if you suggest memo is proof of Marquez being on Roids then I guess its safe to say Manny met up with Toney and Fortune and the juice line

He could have stopped using PEDs because they were making sure that he'd be prepared to fight Floyd without them. They could have been trying to get his body used to not having them in his system while trying to build him up naturally.

So, I was off by one fight or so. Regardless of when he got elected into office, he was still involved with politics while looking good against the likes of Margarito. That doesn't change my point a bit.

I care about the fact that he was smacking around much bigger opponents like Cotto and Margarito. He had guys like Cotto and Mosley running from him. You don't think that's odd? Mosley has always had a great chin and never ran from a fight before that.

Mayweather won't fight Pacquiao, because Manny was supposed to be afraid of needles and he needed a month to recover from a simple blood test. They also didn't make the fight, because Arum wanted to build a stadium, then he wanted to make the fight in June even though he knew Floyd would be in prison at that time. They also didn't make the fight, because Bob Arum claimed that he didn't know who to call. There were many other reasons why the fight never took place and it wasn't because Mayweather was afraid of him. Remember Mayweather offered the fight to Pacquiao about two weeks before he lost to Marquez.

You have good points but the matter of the fact is you don't consider how wmuch match making matter either. Reply to my last post I'd like to hear what else you have to say. I've always been 50/50 about the roid thing with pac so maybe you can convince me otherwise.

you are not off by one fight. you are off by a year since he fought clottey in between and pac was still not a politician by then.

mosley ran after he was knoecked down. cotto ran after the second knockdown. they were hurt that's why they fought on the backfoot. we all know cotto has the history of doing this when he is hurt. and even against mosley, we knew that pac has lost his hunger and fire by getting on with the glove tapping and ****.

pac is not a full-time boxer anymore. it's just his sideline job. he is more of a politician plus a family man with 4 kids. people change their priorities in life. also he has almost 18 years of professional ring age with a style not suited for longevity. when he slowed down all you can think of the reason is he stopped using PEDs, whcih is indeed a baseless accusations from a crackhead (this is an actual fact not just accusations) and a jealous rival.

Not knocking people out doesn't mean you don't have power. He hurt Margarito and that should be enough to prove that he had power.

I always said that Pacquiao looked good against guys who stood right in front of him and that is why he avoided a guy like Guzman years ago starting in 2004.

Cotto always got on the ropes in fights. See his match up with Clottey. Once again, bringing up the second fight with Margarito was useless, because it had nothing to do with the topic.

I know you're not supposed to age overnight, but Pacquiao did. That and the countless excuses that he and his team came up with so he wouldn't have to take the test make him look as guilty as he does despite never actually failing a drug test.

I never said Mosley was on anything when he fought Margarito.

There's not much to consider. He fell apart out of the blue and his stamina was gone just as fast. Right before that he was cruising through several weight classes knocking bigger fighters while throwing non-stop punches and having the same stamina, speed and power that he always had. That's all I need to know.

 

Bazooka- the timing of the tests, Manny would have lost a bit of blood and would have had a negative effect on his performance. His game is about speed and a loss of blood a few days before a big fight would cause problems in his performance.
