    With what top fighters fought Chavit to indicate us that he will "beat" Martinez ?

    I mean , most people are saying that he's bigger than Martinez and has a good chin but what really indicates in your opinion in terms of

    Martinez is a proven fighter with great athleticism ,good power, stamina and mental strenght unlike Chavit !

    I can't belive that a fighter like Martinez who had a tough road in boxing doesn't have a little gratitude from these sad posters .

    Chavit was bloated and hyped due his father name! Suliman gave a gift belt and Arum "deal" his fights and now is a legit-proven MW ?

    Even if Martinez would have 46-50 years old and fight against Chavit I'd still support him because he's "the people's champ" !    "

    He's promoted by Bob Arum.

    The fight is for the WBC belt which is run by Mexican Jose sillyman.

    But seriously, jr has impressed me recently, whereas Martinez hasnt. I think the fight is a lot closer than some people think and if I'm honest I would give the edge to chavez just because he seems to be getting stronger and he's improving every fight.

    My prediction: Chavez takes Martinez best early and comes back to grind him down by late KO.

    I wouldn't be surprised if Sergio KOs him though...:yep

    I'm agree that Martinez got tagged by Barker and Macklin but these two guys are legit contenders and were bigger physical than Martinez.

    Macklin beat Sturm and Barker is the EBU champ but unfortunately these guys aren't known in US. I'm telling u that Barker would beat guys from top 10 MW , doubtless. :deal

    Yeah maybe I'm being a bit harsh on Martinez regarding the 2 Brits, was just expecting him to blow them away, but boxing is all about timing and I think Arum may have got the perfect timing with making this fight now.
    Genuine 50-50 IMO.

    I'm just going out Flash so I don't have time to go into much detail,but despite the fact that I've long resented Jnr's cushioned journey,I've a feeling he can make this very competitive.Don't be surprised if this is closer than you think.I used to be of the same opinion as you:)yikes:yikes:yikes) but I think this might be close for at least 8 rounds.

    do u think that Arum and Roach felt that Martinez is on a down way because of his last 2 fights and this is a good moment to deal a fight with Martinez, being sure that Chavit will get a win by decision , maybe gift decision , right ?! :think

    They underrestimate Maravilla strenghts ! :yep

    I really hope u're wrong :D! To be honest I'm a bit concerned about Chavit's "diuretics" , ref and judges.
