I don't care what Cotto does, but signing with TMT would be better than his last promotional company.



Cotto has enough fights left in him to matter. He is younger than Floyd by four years.

 

He doesn't need to sign with any promotinal company. He has his own company, and he can promote himself.

Why would he sign with TMT, when he could just work with them representing himself? And not have to pay any promotional shares?

Cotto played his cards right, and now is in the position to do business with anybody - Golden Boy, he's still cool with Top Rank, and Arum said he'd work with him anytime (for Pac rematch), and if he wants to fight FLoyd again (GOD I hope not), or another one of TMT boxers, he can work with TMT.

 

Think there is a better chance of Ward or Dawson to be honest,but signing Cotto would certainly make a big statement
