Do we bring back 15 round fights in the HW division , or do we support a decision to make a Super Heavyweight division to weed out all the fattys who do nothin these days but hug and grab...either way something has to be done because the division is the laughing stock of boxing, and it will get worse before it gets better...I would like to see HW's reborn in my lifetime...but im not holding my breath.

Its actually getting quite interesting. its certainly no worse than the early 80's, or the post Marciano period and don't get me started regarding the fat middleweights, hopheads, dole line hunger cases and blacksmiths that populated this division's ranks in the first few decades of the past century.

We need more "real heavyweights" who weigh well over 200lbs!

Post Marciano? late 1950s would have squashed Jack Dempseys era and many other ones

Williams, Liston, Patterson, Johansson, Machen, Folley...

So nobody wants to really admit that the HW division is a joke?...Is bringion back 15 rounders a good idea?..How do people feel about a possibility of a Super Heavyweight division....These are solutions..

I would love to see 15 rounders come back for all divisions.

Moreso, I think the heavyweights have lots of existing and up and coming talent but the matches need to be made and made often.

Yeah 15 rounds is a start. But for all divisions, not just hw.

I think its the coaching more than anything. These guys don't know **** these days I think. They let their fighters be lazy and come in heavy... Don't teach conditioning. Perhaps I'm wrong.

first step is to get all these contenders (Wilder, Mitchell, Fury, Price, etc) to fight each other.

Second step is when these above named fighters are offered Title shots is to take them not say "I am not ready" can you imagine this happening in the '60's, '70's, or '80's? Nope it didn't and that is why Boxing started to decline after that.

People are too scared to lose their '0' these days and act like losing one fight is the end of a career.
