    Salita is hooking the ribs and tilting forward to hang on as Valenzuela pushes down on his back with both arms from above, dropping his full body weight. A few light touches on the inside by Valenzuela but Salita is pushing him across the ring with a tight grip around his middle. Hooks and uppercuts inside by Salita, ducking under a Valenzuela overhand right. BIG left hook by Salita in an exchange and Valenzuela drops to his knee in the corner. The bell sounds but Valenzuela stays down until the count of eight.

Hard rights to the body of Salita and then a left. Double left hooks to the body of Roberto again. Left hooks and right hand flurries to the head of Roberto while on the ropes. Hard left hook from Salita delayed reaction sends Roberto down. Roberto takes a count and survives the round.
