This content is protected Slow boxing night so I'm going to pop in the vid... Interesting ****, De La Hoya was already contemplating retirement if he lost this fight. (2003) Age: 30 BTW, Shane looked like a tank in this fight!!! Holy ****. Mosley Coming off a 2 year winless streak. (RIP Vernon) (WW's/JMW's of today would **** themselves) I'll re-score it see what I get. (BTW, I haven't seen it since that first time)
Hoya gassing bad in RD 8, was tagged by a huge Shane right hand. Mosley was like a modern day Bradley w/That dome. Looks like Oscar did the same **** as the Tito fight. Stopped using his superior jab... After 10 I got it. 97-93 De La Hoya WTF happened??
I had it 116-112 De La Hoya LMAO @ Shane's face when they announced him winner. He couldn't belive it.
I forgot how heated Foreman was at the decision :fire (He was pulling Merchants card a bit at the end... lol)
Since I'm on a nostalgia trip... Im watching De La Hoya Vs. Sturm, Danm! Hoya was a FAT ****. (Dude looked sloppy & those white trunks didn't suit him)
Oscar didn't gas, he slowed down some. Mosley was actually slowing down for once too. Oscar still won atleast 2 of the last 5 rounds and the 12th if memory serves.
