It's a bit sad to see boxing writers ripping on fighters for no real reason. Barker boxed very well against Martinez, he's a boxer not a brawler and he forced Martinez out of his comfort zone into a fight that he didn't want.

Steve Kim can say all he likes on twitter, the facts remain is that Barker will be back on US airwaves providing he gets a couple of good wins.

I think we'll be seeing a Barker VS Macklin fight in the next year which will be anything BUT boring.

 

Steve Kim's Barker is worse than his bite.
