    Pick em.

Wlad if I had to bet. Bowe didn't always fight like a big man.
I think Wlad outboxes him TBH. But if Bowe can apply pressure and get to Wlad like Sam Peter, he wins. He's miles better than Peter obviously.

And we don't know if Wlad has improved since then, as nobody has (or has been able to) asserted that kind of pressure that makes Wlad fall down without really being hit.

I always thought Bowe was kept away from big hitters too.

Bowe with his mythical 2 minute prime is one of the most overrated fighters of all time. Probably none of those that voted for him, to beat Wlad, really believe he would. There are no American fighters around to challenge the Ks, so yet again we have one, dragged up from the past, to build up their nationalistuic self-esteem!

While I think Wald is the better boxer. Bowe takes a better punch. Both guys are going to hit eachother. In a fight like this with to big men it likely comes down to who can take the other guy's punch better. For this reason I'm picking Bowe in 9 rounds. In a fight that could look a lot like Lewis/Vitaly.

Bowe did take a lot of punishment from Holyfield & Golota.

Other than the low blows from Golota he handled himself pretty well.

Not completely convinced of this. Bowe was put on his ass by Holy- a great fighter but a former cruiser with good but unexceptional power. He looked like garbage against Golota, the only true puncher he was allowed to face. The rest of his career was engineered by Newman so that he was fighting soft, beatable fighters. Famously, he threw a belt in the garbage rather than fight Lewis.

My guess is that Newman knew that Bowe could not take a punch.

In fact, and this is just speculation, but I think even though Bowe did not slur his words back in the day Newman knew that he was already a bit punchy from the amatuer days. Bowe's erratic behavior thoughout his career and the hyper-protection from Newman are my only real evidences for this. But in any event, iron chin he wasn't.

I don't think Bowe was punchy from the amateurs, just as dumb as a rock.

And I agree about being moved away from punchers.

Fights are won in the gym and Klitschko appears to be much more disciplined in his training, so I say him. There's no telling what kind of condition Bowe would have been in but I think he would have mistakenly believed Klitschko was an easy night and then regretted it.

Wlad has the punch to end the fight at any time i'll start with that.

However I think wlad wouldn't use that punch because of Bowe's rep. Wlad will outjab him for the first 3 rounds or so because he's by far the superor outfighter.

When Riddick realises he is losing he'll look to jab his way in and tear Wlad a new one. At that point Wlad has a punchers chance because there's no way he can compete on the inside.

As Wlad panics there's every chance he throws a huge right and knocks Bowe out cold but I think there's more of a chance that Bowe will get Wlad against the ropes and stop him.

I say 60/40 in favour of Bowe
