    Close fight.

Toe-to-toe, the Bowe that beat Holyfield is a very tough opponent.

If he compare their careers, Wlad ranks much higher.

i just told you that, yeah. nothing.

You seem like a good debator rather than a Klittard though so my apologies for assuming you were one.

Bowe is slow, thats his big weakness. I mean in the feet, his hands werent tardy by any means.

Bowe takes it, from the 1st Holyfield fight, yes Bowe takes it and takes it easily. Kid can fight on the outside using his jab to set up that long right hand, but doing so gives Wlad a chance.
So Bowe will adjust make it an inside fight knowing Wlad is going to hold he wont be able to lean on Bowe because Bowe will not put his head in a position to allow that, Wlad has no inside game and Bowe will exploit that and knock him out

vitali maybe..not wlad though..wlads also has fought against a more variety of styles bowe hadnt..

but even you say bowe had trouble with movers..how can he deal with a mover of wlads size and power??

wlad is no weak man even though people on this forum make him out to be lol.

Wlad likes things going his way, Bowe wont fight like this, Bowe will come to brawl and make things nasty. Wlad doesnt liike pressure.

Sooner or later Wlad will crak, or Bowe will crack his chin.

Same reason why Golota quit, he couldnt put Bowe away and Bowe kept coming back for more.

I would give Bowe a decent shot, but Wladimir would win 2 out of 3 against Bowe.

Bowe would beat him pretty soundly after a close couple of early rounds.

Good points. I think Bowe from the Holyfield fights would be much more willing to engage Wlad and mix it up. Wlad would then resort to one of two scenarios: holding/clinching and losing rounds due to inactivity or taking a flush shot and getting taken out.

Physically, Wlad has a lot of tools. Mentally, he's not equipped for a firefight.

How can anyone debate against Bowe when you have to have to discount 80% of his fights and use a very tight mythical window where he never showed anything other than the ability to outslug a much smaller badly gameplanned Holyfield {Who after sensible adjustments won the rematch!]

If Bowe wasnt American he would have as much credidibility as Bruno -Imagine the furore of Vlad threw a belt in the garbage rather than face a decent opponent.

Wlad would finish off what Herbie hide almost did until he became wreckless, and systematically beat down Bowe turning him into a bloody mess, possibly stopping him.

Could go either way, but I think Wlad would beat Bowe.

Bowe was not too hard to hit, and Wlad's jab would find a nice home in Bowe's face.
Bowe is an excellent inside fighter, but Wlad would just hold on the inside.
There will be a few scary moment for Wlad (maybe even a few knock downs), but I think he makes it to the end and wins a decision.

Bowe was mentally terribly weak. I think Wlad would break him down over a couple of rounds. Bowe was careless in his defense and that would end badly for him vs. Wlad.

Bowe's only chance would be an early blitz attack on Wlad in the first 2 rounds and I'd only give him a 15% success chance with that. Anything beyond that Wlad wins by TKO or UD12.

 at Bowe being mentally weak, he was too brave for his own good

When did he ever quit in the ring? When did he ever have a panic attack after being hit?

If anyone is mentally weak in this match-up it isn't Bowe & who has Wlad ever broken down in a couple of rounds?

Bowe never got sonned by the likes of Ross Purrity, Corrie Sanders and Lamont Peterson. It's odd how the Klit-likers in this thread have totally forgotten about those fights. Bowe has better skills, more durable, the better chin, the better trainer, has beaten the better opposition and is just the overall better fighter.
