Possibly Barrera too but that's about it. His post 140 wins are just all jokes. Even his 135 title win against David ****ing Diaz was ridiculous.
He's an ATG. His list of quality wins is very long, and his top tier victories are tremendous. Barrera I Cotto Sasakul Hatton Ledwaba Morales II de la Hoya Mosley Barrera II Morales III * Marquez II * Marquez III * Scored against him, even if you scored for him, the extremely controversial nature, does not bode well for legacy/quality of victory. And if you scored the 3rd Marquez fight for Pacquiao, then I honestly don't care about your opinion.
Have to disagree with you TS. His 2 best wins are his wins against Barrera and Cotto imo, and his wins over Ledwaba and Sasakul are both tremendous aswell. I don't give him too much credit for Morales II and none at all for the third fight due to obvious reasons. His wins over Hatton and Bradley are also very good but the Marquez defeats count against him. Definitely an ATG and top 35 imo.
Uh, yeah... you're in the minority here, especially for not respecting the Cotto win. My list was in a loose order of significance.
You should add to that list Bradley. Fact is that Pacquiao has an amazing resume and has had a great career.

His best 3 wins are 1. Bareera I 2. Ledwaba 3. Bareera II. Did he ever really beat Marquez? After that there is a huge droop off. He has names but they were all either overrated or way past their best. Manny Pacquiao = Overrated.
