Really, what is the point of this fight?

Pac decisively beat Cotto in a good fight the first time around. That was a while ago. Since then what has Cotto really done? He didn't even look that good against one eyed shot to **** no plaster Margo. Really that fight shouldn't have even been competitive. Mayweather made pretty easy work of him.

This is possibly Pac's last fight where he's even somewhat close to prime, I don't want to see him fight Cotto.

    Mayweather fight or bust.

NO ONE WANTS TO SEE MARQUEZ IIII EITHER.

If it happens it happens but I doubt it does because Cotto is not going to fight at 150

Why not? Pacquiao is the fattest paycheck he can get.

It would be a retirement fight for him anyone, or close to it.

I don't want to see any of the reruns Arum is putting forth, but that's what is going to happen, and I will take the 60 bucks and do something else. That's the choice we have, to not support it.

    I'll watch it.
    But I'd rather see a fresh match-up.

Won't hate on Miguel getting paid tho.

I would watch it if it was at 154, not interested in another catchweight fight. Oh and MANY people, including myself, wouldn't mind Pacquiao/Bradley II or Pacquiao/Marquez 4.

Pac-Marquez 4: Marquez officially loses a close decision, a lot of people think he won by a round, a lot of people think Pac won. Pac had the higher work rate, but Marquez was very effective with counter punches. Marquez then turns 40 and goes on daily rants about how he JUST NEEDS ONE MORE FIGHT; Pac-Marquez V!

    There, I spoiled Pac-Marquez 4 for you.

I want to see it because Cooto could beat him this time. Cotto looks like a new fighter. He got surgery on his shoulder, moved to a better weight and got a good trainer. Pacquiao has slowed down and in my eyes the fire inside him is gone.

That's my biggest gripe, too. The only re-run that's worth doing is the JMM fight. Pac ideally needs to correct that loss while he's still fighting. The other two are pointless. TR have really screwed him over the past couple of years. They've held him back. They won't allow him to venture out against other fighters, but at the same time they can't come up with any opponents of their own. Apart from recycled ones. Bradley was good, but they ruined that by turning it into a disgraceful robbery. That's where GBP have done better for Floyd. They've had, and still do to an extent, a list of decent opponents to feed Floyd - be it Guerrero, Canelo, Ortiz, or whoever.

No need for it.. He won't fight Cotto at 154 where it would be more competitive, at this point it's just a money grab off Cotto's name... If he were to fight him at the full 154 it would garner more interest, but I don't see Pac taking that risk. No clue who both him and Floyd will face next, but they to at least try and one up the other.. Not many big fights for them out there left at 147 and I'm not sure either want to stay/go to 154.

    Me.
This reminds me of Lewis-Vitali.What's the point of a rematch after such a comprehensive victory?

A win on cuts while behind on all 3 scorecards after being out landed is not a comprehensive victory, brittard.
