Pernell vs Manny..If your fans of both these fighters what would be your prediction?

I agree. Whitaker takes Pac to school. Whitaker probably doesn't lose more than 3 rounds in a 12 rounder.

 

You know, you guys are really underrating Pacman.

 

No we just have a pretty good understanding of who both guys are...and Pea was that good....It's true...it's damn true!

 

Big fan of both and even I know that this is possibly the worst match up for a guy like Manny. Won't be able to handle that jab and movement of Whitaker.

 

Manny has the footwork, the speed and the strength to be able to counter Pernell and hurt him. I'm not saying he'll definitely win this, but it'll be a lot closer than some of you may think.

The chances of Whitaker stopping Pac are about as strong as Pac winning the match... Not high.

I think Pac would make it quiet hard for Pea. the speed, power, angles and amount of Pac´s punches would trouble Sweet Pea. Especially in the beginning. I think he will still make Manny miss more than he ever missed and hit him a lot but it won´t be easy. Pernell wins but it won´t be a shutout. 8-4 or 9-3.
