The Cube must fight the best to be the best. The Cube doesn't with 1009 amateur boxing match you would think he would.

I'm ok with Donaire vs Nishioka , I don't know much about the jap but he ranks high with a decent resume and is a legit SBW .I noticed he's been out for a year but hopes he's not buying himself out for retirement. In a perfect world we see Rigo vs mares and winners of both matches meet for all the marbles.

what I don't get is how Rigo is ranked so high, okay he has a belt but does that place his level of opposition above Donaire in the junior featherweight ranks...I think not. But this will be for the Ring championship.

How can you the n be boosting Rigo who's never beat a good opponent, by your definition?

Why is Donaire fighting Nishioka instead of Rigo fighting Nishio?

Is rigo not tired fighting the likes of Cordoba, Ramos, Kennedy?

OK if you think a 37 years old 122 lbs fighter that is been inactive and past his prime is the #1, you guys don't know $h1t about boxing, he was the best a few years back but not anymore, Mares and Rigondeaux are the top dogs at 122 and that's why Mr. donaire is proclaiming he is fighting the #1 at 122, BS...

Because the likes of Donaire are refusing to fight him plain and simple, he have to fight whoever step into the ring and we have to commend those who do.

    You still don't get it?

Wjhy did they not pursue a fight against Nishioka? Obviously Nishio has no prior commitment before Donaire decided to fight him. Are you saying as well that Nishio is ducking him? how about Arce? Are you still saying Arce is ducking Rigo?

It seems that all you Cuban idiots have this mentality : It is Donaire or any other bum not ranked top 30 in the world. You forgot that there are other fighters who can fight not named Donaire. In his own WBA where rigo is the champ, the closest is Poonsawat. Why did he choose a bum in Teon kennedy, who is not even ranked top 30 to begin with (with exaggeration of course).

Even Arce, who is obviously way past his prime, is 100 times better than Cordoba, Teon Kennedy, and any opponent Rigo faced in his whole professional career for starters.
