They are in good shape and I give them credit for that, but it doesn't detract from the fact that some of their advice is **** (telling kids to get 10% of their calories from fat) and just flat out false. You can get results in spite of talking utter turd.
They're not ripped because that's not their goal. You do realize there's many, many different types of steroids body builders use don't you? A guy trying to build muscle isn't going to attempt to stay ripped, he'd eat a hell of a lot and probably gain a bit of fat to get to his goal mass then switch over to a different type of steroid to aid in fat loss. By this post I'm guessing you're clueless on this subject as well. To get ripped you don't need to know **** about nutrition. I know the very basics and I'm positive I could get down to 8% body fat if I actually wanted to. Generally body builders are clueless on the subject and have a diet plan made for them by somebody with some knowledge. Sorry, but you're the ignorant one on this matter.

i am actually not clueless on the subject and probably know more about it then you, that being said i think i should used the word defined instead of ripped, and different types of roids considered almost everyone i have ever met in the gym wants to look defined, like a strongman friend of mine says abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym....(ps he is not defined and admits that even with the roids, his not so great diet to blame) and as far as bodybuilders go i dont know so many people have the desire to make them look bad-stupid ...is it jealousy? but lifting weights and nutrition is what their lives are centered on so most that i have met can give you lectures on both......... again my statement earlier stands everyone on here is very ready to attack negative aspect of weightlifting and weight training in general but the same people always pretend to ignore the negative aspect of runners and running
