Did these black HW's have a chance against Dempsey Circa 1927?

Ricky, save your breath ! "These" guys are literally obsessed in their hatred for Jack Dempsey, of that I'm convinced...Makes these guys feel "noble",
to castigate a man dead these many years....The" punishment don't fit the crime "is appropo to some haters...Cheers R.

I would wager he would lose to all three. He had a poor track record against fighters of color.

Interesting pattern. Whilst Muhammad Ali seems to be the only fighter who gets criticised for geting lucky decisions towards the end of his career,Dempsey takes the most slack for enforcing the 'colour line'. Racial prejudice,in any walk of life,is disgusting but Dempsey was in no way the only one to hold the 'colour line'.

Yes, but we're talking boxing, not track.

Jack Dempsey loses to 'no one', other than 'boxing genius' Gene Tunney.

Those early career 'belimshes' were 'no nothing' fights, that were only taken for
    'food money'.

Jack later said, 'If I didn't fight, I didn't eat. If I didn't do the flop, I would have
never gotten another fight. Being undefeated, didn't mean a thing when you're
    stomach is burning from hunger'.

Jack dempsey used Godfrey as a sparring partner, if you look at Dempsey's fights you will see a huge Black man, working Dempsey's corner that was George Godfrey, supposedly he was knocked down by Dempsey in sparring sessions. Remember that was the no headgear days. Dempsey would have beaten Harry Wills also

"I would wager he would lose to all three. He had a poor track record against fighters of color. "

:) He would have lost to Larry Gains, a fighter who lost to the likes of Jack Peterson, Len Harvey, Don McCorkindale, Walter Neusel, Chuck Wiggins, Bill Hartwell, Martin Burke, numerous other little known fighters and also suffered a six-round TKO against Godfrey in 1926?
