Has he said anything about it in any interviews? It's a terrible tattoo in a terrible location and he's way too old for it.

Doubt it. It's fairly easy to remove tattoo's these days (albeit painful). If he gave that much of a ****, it would be gone by now.
Actually that's not entirely true. It's not that easy to remove tattoo's. Especially on black skin due to the deeper pigment. It usually leaves behind a white depigmented area where the tattoo previously was.
Bull****. I've had tattoo's removed ,I'm black and there is no trace of them or very little. It's all about the equipment and the competence of the technician who works on you. Laser tech has come a long way.

You degenerates are pretty stupid. It has to do with various factors, such as the color of the ink, skin color, age of the tatoo ect. It's not nearly as easy as you paint it out to be.
