You're calling people mongs because they, with some justification too, doubt that Joshua can live up to the hype he's been getting? Yet you're the ones proclaiming he is going to succeed as a pro when there's been plenty of examples of even the best ams seriously struggling to turn over as pros. I think you need to take a look in the mirror lads. You're seemingly blind faith in him looks a lot more misplaced than people doubting him. I hope he does go on to have a great pro career but there's beenvery little evidence as of yet that that is sure to happen.
Joshua's arms look far too big I think. He's a bit slow and cumbersome at times, his size seems to be to his detriment, he looked a lot quicker at the worlds.
People are writing him off after one three round fight, you can't make a judgement on a fighter over that period. Joshua has beaten up people like Fury in sparring and he isn't doing too bad as a pro. Joshua has all the attributes to make a good pro, he will suit the pro gane a lot more I feel and will make a lot of progress with a change in codes. Plus it iacthe HW division it isn't like there is much out there
Yep. Looks like he lifts a lot of weights. His legs are hugely disproportionate to his upper body. Very robotic and tends to overreach with his punches, especially his right hand and go off balance ripe for counters. Anchors his feet too. He hasn't done too bad so far though. For a guy with such limited experience. The upside is he looks to be a banger and has plenty of time and capacity to improve. From his interviews he has a good head on his shoulders too.
I must admit ive backed Dychko big both as a single and in accy's and im now getting a bit nervous. ive watched his fights at the worlds and he wasnt as impressive looking as he is now which is understandable seen as his first two opponents Pfeifer and Keane were'nt all that compared to the guys he fought in the worlds like Zhang. Thing is though Joshua for all the stick he's getting is undoubtable one of the very best super heavyweight amateurs in the world right now and is definatley gonna give Dychko his toughest bout so far
Dont blame Joshua for the hype, blame the media. The press have been overhyping every british olympic contender for ages and naturally they will turn their attentions to boxing and to Joshua. Most of the general public arent into boxing and only care about the heavyweights, so it is natural people want to read more about his story than Stalker, Evans etc In most big interviews Ive read with Joshua he freely admits to not having a lot of boxing experience, he isnt behind the hype at all. No need to hate him for it
