Apart from that, you'd probably have to go with Wlad, who despite all of his other irritating habits, like NEVER getting into exchanges and retreating instead when a punch is thrown his way...still has the ability to put someone who is wide awake and alert sound asleep with one shot.

You've alluded to my point in your very own post. Wlad fights really careful and doesn't load up on his rights until his opponent is a sitting duck. It's not through lack of power he doesn't take guys out in one round. It's his safety first strategy. He's definitely a one punch ko specialist and it would be silly to deny that.
