I don't understand what you're saying here? I'm a fan of Ward anyway, my only criticism of him is his dirty tactics in the Kessler fight.

Secondly, Dirrell has no fanbase, Froch has a big following here in the UK. Froch has been consistently fighting the best in the division since him and Dirrell fought, Dirrell has done nothing for 2 years now. If Dirrell wants the rematch, he needs a couple of good wins to build up interest, and he should have to come to Nottingham again. Dirrell couldn't sell out the stadiums Froch does, believe me, I know having tried to get tickets for Bute-Froch!

 

Ward definitely outboxed him, Taylor got KO'd, and Dirrell lost a close fight.

Much as I love Froch he lost that fight to Dirrel ..That was a home town call nothing more .

Agreed. Don't want to see the rematch. It was a dreadful fight to watch and frankly, Dirrell doesn't deserve a title shot. He's done nothing of note recently. Same can be said for Pavlik.

 

Agreed,Dirrell needs to make some noise and get some solid wins before he deserves another shot at the Cobra .

Who won the super 6 ? Come on now and he's fighting Dawson who is 1000 times more dangerous than Bute ..Bute Froch is the truth ! I can never say anything negative about the man considering what he's done in the sport !

 

Nobody in the super 6 was KOing opponents at the rate Bute was. He was a dangerous threat at SMW and Ward wanted no part of that.

Froch did him a huge favor.

 

Bute wasn't going to KO anyone in the Super 6 lets be clear about that .The stiffs he fought would have never even come close to qualifying in that tourney..He showed how much of a threat he was when he finally stepped up against the Cobra ..A Ward fight would have been as one sided the diffrence is it would have went the distance .
