Not to mention murat twice and shumenov the last time as well.
Dude along with johnson is one of the most screwed over fighters in modern day boxing.
Have to admit he was lucky in the first fight vs shumenov but if everything was more fair he would be 24-2 with two titles to his name at 175.
The way he keeps outboxing guys that are supposed to beat him and the injustice he has been trough he deserves to be top 20 imo.

Pac just beat Bradley. Nothing wrong with having him or Marquez at two (seeing as Marquez beat Pac recently).

Good list. A little curious of your ranking of Rigo though, if it's H2H ability/skills sure, but his record and resume is pretty weak as of now to be among the top 20 P4P, atleast in my opinion.

Well boxing history has shown that it produced wonderful boxers and this process is continuous , Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson were the legendary in past . People still like them but this doesn't mean that present aren't bad at all . There are number of boxers who are still very good . Some of them are as :

    Amir Khan
    Lamont Peterson
    Tim Bradley
    Boner
    Hernandez
