Does anyone still seriously think Manny was a PED user?

Of course he was juicing. He did well to hide it so long.

You don't get dropped by **** fighters at lower weights than move up a number of weightclasses and start stopping much bigger guys in the manner he was doing. It just don't happen.

Obviously, he lost to people in a lower weight class than him, but he beats someone that weights 15 lbs more on fight night?

    Thats not right..

I never thought he was juicing, innocent till proven guilty IMO, but I did find his responce to the idea of blood tests awfully odd.

But there are quite a number of black folks who have been busted for roid use. There is also a large steroid market in South East Asia. It all comes down to morality. Can we trust certain athletes? Turning down a few extra blood tests certainly does not help Pacquiao's case. I don't seriously believe he is/was on 'roids. I just don't know him personally and I'm not going to assume he would or would not do something illegal.

I dont think he was on anything but I do think back 2009-10 it looked really bad on him. As a fan of Pacs i think he should have taken the damn test . . . but now they don't have a problem with it?

No it doesn't, it simply means he's no longer on anything.
He did juice up until 2010 though.
The same thing goes for Amir Khan.
He starts juicing and all of the sudden he can take a punch, then he gets forced to take the tests and gets knocke out in 4 rounds.

Manny can still take a punch because he's been using for so long while Khan has only been using for a few fights

Pacquiao got exposed again when he once again was matched up against real skill.
However, not tiring but getting stronger against much bigger body masses like Clottey, Cotto, and Margarito, indicate to me PED usage.

This notion that Pacquiao's leg cramp excuses are whats causing his diminishment is hogwash. Physically Pacquiao was fine vs Mosley, Marquez, and Bradley. Its all three of these opponents lateral and waist movements that prevented Pacquiao from teeing off against targets that were not there to be hit.

I say PED user and this proves it..........
