If VADA had any actual authority in this situation, they would be forced to allow it. That's because Peterson didn't do anything illegal according to the independent doctor and you continue to ignore that. If they were in control over anything except the testing, they could get sued if they stopped him from having a career when he didn't do anything wrong.
