Aside from a few rabid Pac fans, most seem to blame boith sides. At least most sensible posters. But A LOT of Floyd fanatics put the blame solely on Arum.

Every party involved deserves their fair share of blame. I can agree with you on that!

It's gotten to the point I don't even care about this anymore. I mean, IF it somehow happens, I'll watch it of course. But it really doesn't have the same 'pull' it did before. It's lke SRL vs. Hearns II...TOO overdue to really matter.

Everyone is going through the motions. Arum and Mayweather are both playing to the crowd. Floyd fans get all riled up when Arum half-heartedly calls out Floyd and likewise.

Floyd fans are just getting a sample of the medicine when Mayweather makes a half-assed call out, but doesn't really want the fight.

I'll believe it when both parties sign on the dotted line.

Tell me about it! I would love to see but its like it really doesnt matter any more given how long it dragged out...Both fighters arent at the top of their game like they were several years ago.

Thank god we have some interesting fights coming up to keep things rolling!:good

dont forget the drug test floyd implemented also for fighters who r wrecking machines like pacquiao. funny he didnt use that back in the day for cotto, margarito, williams and mosley. he just avoided them instead

Think he did.. But soon after needed to build a stadium and then Manny had a nasty nasty cut that couldn't heal in time. Besides the initial negotiations, I think having MGM Grand for May 5th was the closest we'd been to having the fight.. Now both sides could have been posturing, but it at least appeared to be the closest..

Very true. There's plenty of fights not involving superstars that will keep us going. And the best thing, won't cost us $70-80 to watch!!
