The suspicion is that the IBF are colluding with or at least favouring Peterson, he seems to have a good friend in them.
Even if you buy Peterson's excuse I don't see how taking testosterone is some how justified by having low natural levels.
It's equivalent to allowing a boxer to wear harder gloves because they claim to have abnormally weak punches.

The fact is Petersons performance looked like he was on PEDS. He subsequently admitted he was on PEDS, how is the fight allowed to stand!?

Khan got his WBA belt back didnt he ? Even though the commision never over turned the decision.


What you need to understand is that these belt companies are private companies, they can do what the want , irrespective of drug agencies or commissions or whatever.

IBF have always been corrupt as have the WBA, Khan paid a fee and got his belt back, Peterson probably did the same, I know Kostya Tszyu paid the IBF 30k to essentially not be stripped back then.

The result for the first fight still stands by washington commision.

The VADA test result was a fail- nothing has changed in regard to that.

Khan needs to worry about not getting knocked out again or his career is over, he has far more pressing issues.

Khan is what you call a low risk/high reward opponent....if he can somehow work his way back to legitimacy without getting KTFO'd then Garcia would be glad to put his lights out again.
