Pongprayoon swings wide with hooks up at Shiming's head and gets ducked and woven through. A few incidental rabbit punches and clubs across the back. Lunging right to the body by Pongprayoon. Chopping shots by Pongprayoon, performing short windmills trying to simply swat Shiming's hands out of the way. A few kidney shots by Pongprayoon, and another clubbing shot to the back. Shoeshine to the belly by Pongprayoon. Shiming keeps pushing out with both arms and driving Pongprayoon to the ropes or pressing him down in the middle of the ring. Diving right to the body by Pongprayoon, and he gets grabbed and held. Jab by Shiming misses. Pongprayoon holds with his left and taps a light right to the stomach. BIG right uppercut by Pongprayoon. Shiming warned for holding. Shiming waves a jab and stumbles to the canvas as their feet get tied up. Pongprayoon presses and jumps in, getting caught without landing a punch. Pongprayoon starts to shoeshine the body again and Shiming tackles him frontally to the ground. Point deduction from Shiming for holding. Pongprayoon rushes in and they tie up. Caution to Shiming and Pongprayoon both. POINT DEDUCTION FROM PONGPRAYOON!!

IB's score: 5-1 base, 7-3 to Pongprayoon with the extra two points each for the "fouls".

Final tally: 12-10 to Pongprayoon.

 

I think the primary difference will be that I'll tend to score a flush body punch, where the judges probably won't.

 

Judges' scores: even 6-6, and 13-10 to Shiming.

 

Deservedly. Fought like a ******* and got rewarded handsomely for it.
