    @ the forum 16,000+ cheering for local hero chacon,can floyd survive or will the schoolboy get schooled.

    A late rally by chacon secures a sd victory imo

    Possibly stops Chacon in the latter rounds.

    Chacon is one of my all time favorites, but he would be way outclassed in this one... He likely gets busted up and stopped as badly as Gatti did...Sure he would be game and courageous, but sometimes that is just not enough.

    Probably mayweather, but Chacon sure as hell would make him earn it. He'd make him fight.

    I think Chacon would be chopped to bits style wise, but then again we have never seen Mayweather in the type of wars Chacon was in. If Chacon could shake him up and take it to the later rounds maybe his shear will to win and guts would cause an upset. Hell it's not like there are not many many examples of guts beating style in the past such as Carmen Basilio beating SSR.

    These two are leagues apart in skill level. Floyd wins a near shutout only losing the rounds he decides to take off.
