Why are least expected countries good in Olympic boxing, but not in the Pros?

No he fought very well at those games. I'm saying that it was out of character, he'd never won a world title or anything before or after those games and he's now 31 years old.
Obviously it's a case by case basis and 9 times out of 10 an Olympic Gold is diagnostic of pro form. There's always going to be exceptions, we don't live in a black and white, 1+1=2 world do we?

I think Americans tend to see boxing as an opportunity to go pro and make money faster. They would see Amateur as a stepping stone to season their skills before going pro rather than a respectable sport in of itself. In those countries listed it is more about national pride and bringing prestige to their country rather than money and self-accomplishment. Just a thought.

OK, lets take Yermakhan Ibraimov. Gold medalist from Kazakhstan in 2000. Defeated Jermain Taylor. How do you think Yermakhan would have done in a world title fight against a 2003 Bernard Hopkins? Think he takes old Bernard to school?

If my Aunt had a knob how many sluts would've he slayed?
What sort of a question is that, I have no idea.
I thought Bernard beat Taylor in both fights personally. Hopkins was always good against Southpaws but he always struggled with in and out fast fighters with amateurish styles like Taylor's. So since styles make fights I'd say hypothetically that Hopkins would've had an easier time with the Kazakh fighter.
I still have no idea what point you're trying to make.

They don't turn pro and boxing is not the number one sport in country. How you gonna eat if nobody is going to pay you? China i think will have some boxing champions out of that list.If the Chinese decide to have a professional program and is self sustainable (people pay to watch).I can see that happening.

Even if you turn pro, it's a brutal sport.I believe China has the right athletes and toughness to become elite out of that list anyway. Some of those countries when the head gears comes off, they might be hiding glass chin and heart.

The headgear doesn't make a difference, it just protects from cuts. It's the gloves and more so the only 3 rounds of boxing that are responsible for a lack of knockouts in the amateurs.
When you have two top fighters fighting each other there is rarely a knockout in 3 rounds even in the pro game, in the amateurs the best are forced to fight the best. At the domestic level you see more knockouts because there are more mismatches.
