based on what? that he beat fat club fighter Chisora? going by your logic, Haye doesn't need to fight any top guy, because he'll win, might as well write it in his resume: Arreola TKO5, Chambers TKO3, Povetkin TKO6 and so on, but the truth is he never beat a SINGLE top 10 HW, you're making him out as some kind of diva who comes out of retirement to create huge hype around himself, collect his paycheck and then retire again, and doesn't need to fight anyone, because "we know he'll win, what's the point in fighting?"
