All these quotes are from the RBR thread in the British forum. Amusing how some of them change their opinions as soon as the British bribe money takes effect and the shameful decision is annouced.
British bribe money? Good to know that as the state cuts back its always setting some aside for sports corruption. For a second I thought that the financial blackhole in the UK's budget was for the torturing of some Arab's and the funding of anti-government movements in countries where BP and Shell struggle to do business. Good to know it just goes towards bribing the AIBA.
I think he just scraped the decision. But to be fair, he shouldn't have got to this point in the competition, as he should have been out after the Cuba fight. His hand speed is slow, and he hasn't looked impressive the majority of this tournament.
Joshua won it stop complaining, he did well in the first, better in the second and dominated the 3rd. Joshua PTS 3 :deal Great Britain - This content is protected - 1 - This content is protected USA - This content is protected - 0 - This content is protected Only your women finished on the podium
Joshua beat the crap out of that Italian filth, dunno what fight you were watching Another hater bitterly jealous of team GBs greatness #number1
Amazingly, many of them do. I consider ishy a very sound and level-headed poster and he flew into a tizzy when it was suggested Joshua got another gift there.
OP has been crying all tournament about robberies that weren't. Pathetic and very easy too see through. Don't be mad because we got more boxing medals and finished higher in the overall standings than you Joshua is the best amateur super heavyweight in the world
Fight could have gone either way and was fairly scored, someone had to lose it. And Joshua has beaten 2 good heavyweights clearly, despite being very inexperienced for this level. Even if he got a gift in the first round he deserves some credit, it's the corrupt and incompetent aiba that deserves all the ****.
