I think he means undeserving unless joshua also played in the tennis where mostly his serves fell short. That would be underserving

This Olympics pissed all over Beijing for boxing.

Zou received the biggest gifts going through the tourney. He clearly lost to the Thai last night. Absolutely no debate. His tactics have rendered him unwatchable as his reflexes have dwindled and the ams have gone back to 3x3s.

There have been some fighters of real quality this games. James Degale won a Gold in Beijing. That's how poor it was.

The U.S team have reached an alltime low. That is not indicative of the games as a whole.

I'm talking about fighter quality here. The reffing and judging has been abysmal. But anyone saying the fighters are the lowest in ability are talking shite. It hasn't been that bad.

You got to worry for the USA in boxing term's, the talent just isn't there and looks like it will be that way for some time to come.

Firstly: saying you were supporting Joshua partly because he's black? **** off!
Secondly: just to reiterate; **** off.

Speaking of ****, anyone see the Brit male long jump winner? Worst gold medal distance in 40 years. Go team GB.

I've quite enjoyed the quality of the fighters myself. The eastern euros\forgotten former soviet asian countries especially are improving considerably defensively, tactically and punch-form wise.

For years in the nineties and early 00s you could count on one hand how many knew how to turn punches over properly or throw more than a pawing jab and straight lead.In fact that goes for most european amatuers in general then.No pro finesse, barely anyone that looked like a real fighter and not just someone tuned to exploit the scoring system.

Been a lot of fighters with good headmovement, infighting and countering skills at this games.Something often a rarity outside the cubans... or Americans that never had amatuer styles in the first place(ie Mayweather jr)

here we go with the predictable bitterness. get over it, he won. he pulled it out in the last round which was all joshua.

    3 golds
    1 silver
    1 bronze

    suck on it!

I think that at the elite level, that is simply how hard it is. Cammarelle barely got through his semi final. Joshua barely got through his first round and his final. Its a close affair.

Say what you want but the Italians appealed and the decision was upheld.

If you want to bull**** yourselves, go right ahead. We all know there are a few boxers who were given special treatment. That's just the reality. And they weren't exclusively British fighters.
