Remove your head from your arse and take your superiority complex elsewhere.

I haven't mentioned any combat sports, including boxing. Like I said this is irrelevant. What does martial arts experience have to do with my weight lifting knowledge?

Just in case you're getting confused we're discussing weight training.

You do know nationalities other than the Chinese teach Kung Fu? My instructor was British and work the the class timetable clashed so...

    No.....

I'll admit you're more experience than me in martial arts, but who gives a ****? I've never attempted to give you advice on martial arts so what the **** does this have to do with anything?

So hang on, I've been training and learning in gyms for over a decade to your 2-3 years and you think you know more about weight training than me because you've done martial arts for longer?:lol::lol: By your logic I know more than you about martial arts because I've trained in the gym for longer. You understand how ******ed you're making yourself look?

Again, going on about something entirely irrelevant to the thread. You do realize the subject is weight training which you're clueless about?

You need to listen, son. Your attempt at shifting the discussion to something you may have a clue (I'm referring to other martial arts, I know you'll need these little helpers :good) was very poor. You're not going to dig yourself out of this hole by doing so.

Have you noticed everybody that's posted seems to think you're a ******? Just wondering if it's sunk in yet.

There is no argument in this, as stated a few times before it's entirely pointless as they're both as bad as each other. How can you not understand this?

ahh i dont have any superority complex,
i just dont like the fact that people who most have very little training
call others ******s because they will never meet them face to face

:huh I actually addressed your comment stating it was entirely irrelevant to what is being discussed. If you think otherwise please explain how my boxing experience has anything to do with 10 years weight training experience? Again this is about weight training not boxing...
