I think if he said yeah it would have happened because everything else was apparently agreed.

In regards to the PPV upside thing, most of the 40 million he would have been given would have been out of the PPV earnings.

He made the date,reserved the venue

Fought Ortiz in preparation for Pac

Called him out SEVERAL times

Called him personally on the phone

Offered his belts on the line

Now even if these were all smoke screens what has Pac done to show he wants the fight,all he has shown is that he does not want the fight

Scared of Needles,Blood will weaken him,stadium has to be built,money is not enough,only wants to take test from commsision,not the random test which is harder to cheat,on and on and on..
