Top 5 HW on my list, beats ali, foreman, fraizer, tyson, lous head to head [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z064Pc60pKU[/ame]
if lewis would have came back and beat vitali convincingly in a rematch I would rate him the GOAT HW even over ali
Ok by your theory then surely vitali should of ko'd a fat and past his prime lewis in a round or 2. Or are you saying that ollie mccall is better then vitali, also rahman is better atschatsch See you an imbescille :rofl Joe louis feasted on bums, you never heard of the bum of the month club ? Ok Lewis olympic champion, european champion, Commonwealth champion, 3 time heavyweight champion of the world. The only secound fighter in history to retire as lineal, undisputed heavyweight champion of the world. Defeated every fighter he ever faced (by way of rematch) You have Lyle beating Lewis the same guy that lost to young, quarry, ko'd in 1 cooney none can carry lewis jock strap you ****, yet he stopped shavers dosen't that tell you something ? Shavers ko'd 7 times and by lesser fighters then lewis. It's like you tottaly disregard what a great box puncher lewis was  Dempsey beat 2 fighters over 230 and one of them is there only recorded fight and of course neither of them are anywhere near lewis :rofl Please stop trolling ****
X 2 1. Louis 2. Ali (yeah, yeah) 3. Johnson (I think he is the clear #3 based on title reign, dominance/skillset, an era defining fighter, historical/sporting relevance if that at all factors in) 4. Marciano (undefeated, 10 legit opponents beaten, I'm willing to argue it out) 5. Foreman 6. Dempsey (I waver through phases ranging 4-9, I can't pinpoint him) 7. Sullivan (if you rate him at all, he has to be top 10) 8. Holmes 9. Jeffries (I often think he should even be 6) 10. Frazier 11. Tyson 12. Lewis (this is the highest I have ever regarded him as well) 13. Charles (great HW resume in addition to the best LHW ever) 14. Wills (robbed out of likely top 5 capabilities) 15. Liston 16. Patterson 17. Holyfield (best Cruiserweight ever, I feel an overrated HW) 18. Langford (same as Wills, his 2-7 career record against Wills is telling, "P4P-wise" no doubt much much higher) 19. Schmeling 20. Tunney (amount of fights hold him back) 21. Bowe 22. W. Klitschko (yes, this is just about where he is at) Hon. mentions, probably also in order: Walcott, Norton, V. Klitschko, Corbett, Sharkey, Baer, Carnera, McVea, Jeannette, Burns, Ingemar As for how the relates to where I place him on an ATG list... Well, he certainly would not make my top 60 P4P ATG list. I know this, because all of those above him weighed less in the literal sense of pound for pound judging, so he would at best be my 12th HW chosen on that list. No way I could hold the HW's to 20% of the list for him to make the top 60. I think that is sort of ridiculous. In addition, the guys below him in Charles, Langford, and Tunney would all make that list easily despite having in my opinion the lesser HW resume. Holyfield is the best CW ever in addition to his HW resume which somewhat rivals Lewis', so he would almost have to be placed ahead of Lewis, for me. I understand everyone is different, but realistically would find you kind of mad if you listed him in the top 40 ATG.
Nice try troll Lewis number 3 love the way you ignored my previous post atsch which i was i directly quoting you consider yourself owned :|
Jim Jeffries was 220lbs and had 19 wins against 168 lb over the hill Fitzsimmons, 185 lb over the hill Corbett. 180 lb Jack Finnegan 180 lb Jack Griffin The one time he fought an actual Heavyweight he got his ass kicked. No one with 19 wins deserves to be in the top 10 ATG HWs. Espeacially if you fought in one of the busiest eras in boxing history.
