I do not agree with that, just my opinion, I believe a trainer should be honest from the outset. you have to know weather or not your trainer is telling you the truth why lie? why kiss ass on TV tell it straight and she did I have no problem with what she said I would have said the same **** I tell my son the same **** when he falls short.
