James kirkland admits to taking "black pills" before molina fight !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seems like someone might have given Kirkland something for his nerves or some **** to calm him down.

But does he go into detail about the timeline of being given something?

 

Again it is James who has sacrificed his life and his body. If James takes a beating it won't be the people who trained him who have to live with that, it will be James, for the rest of this life.

I never said they didn't sacrfice either, I said no one sacrifices more than the fighter. I still believe that.

 

Why am I not surprised? I don't know whether Ann had anything to do with the pills but Kirkland's training camp has always seemed rather fishy to me. He just appeared to have a little too much in his gas tank.

Why isn't this a bigger issue? So basically fighters can be given drugs during a match and we're just supposed to shrug it off?

Kirkland trusted his team, if they were trying to cheat and didnt tell him and it backfired okay.

Margaritos trainer tried to cheat, and you all said what we know but let me repeat, Margarito is responsible for everybody who is on his team.

This is the same case, so you label Margarito a cheater due to something his trainer tried to pull, yet here we have Kirklands team giving him some **** and yet we are expected to not call him a cheater?

Personally I believe Kirkland should be punished by the Texas commission, since he did admit it and the fight ruled a NC.

not an equal analogy. Anyone with an ounce of integrity in the fight game will tell you that tampering with the gloves is by far the worst thing you can do. I have been around he gym all my life and I ask my former next door neighbour (david downey former middleweight champ of Canada) about if he would know if something was off with his gloves and he told me without a doubt. he said he could tell if his trainer used more or less tape then normal. He said that there was zero chance that Margo could not have known that his gloves felt different.
