You just answered your own question! What he said is bigoted, he grouped all black boxers to a style of fighting, and said that's why he don't like fighting black fighters. He made it about race by saying only black fighters, fight in this manner and Mexicans don't. When Mayweather made the remark about having Pacquiao cook him some rice, it was bigoted of him to say that because Mayweather associated rice with Asian people.
