    Yes, if he beats Vitali then 1st ballot. Unified Cruiseweight champ (WBA, WBC, WBO, and The Ring cruiserweight titles) + Heavyweight champ (WBA heavyweight champion) ...

    sorry, but no. he's had a good career, but he's just too inactive. if he beats vitali, then yes. if he beats about 5 of the top heavy's then yes.
