Valuev was Heavyweight Champ at the time so it's a good win. As far as Ruiz, he was clearly past his prime, still a good oppoent to have on your resume in the Heavyweight division. Audley was a ok win.

    Stop :|

  3. Wow, very impressed with the responses on this thread. I think he has to be one for his work in the cruiserweight division then moving up to take a decent heavyweight belt.
But I respect the people who opposed it and their reasoning since it was rational and no **** mentioned a broken toe or his trash talk no follow up etc etc.

    Bar the JeanPaulValley dude...

  4. Liking the Location you've listed buddy. Quality album and band and song

Beating the worst heavyweight champion of all time on a majority , throwing the least amount of punches in a title fight , then following this up by beating the second worst heavyweight champion of all time is not a good resume.

David Haye was the heavyweight champion of the world.

Not a lot of men can say that.

If he beats vitali or wladimir he is,but to me he's just like khan, they both all hype until they step and lose.

John Ruiz was not the second worst heavyweight of all time. Where do you get your information from? Maybe the most hated heavyweight and that's due to his boring personality.

    Mormeck and Macroni...i think not.

Did we all forget about Bell already...he popped mormecks cherry before Haye did.

Not enough defenses and fights in general.

Throwing 143 punches in a 12 round title fight. Not many men can say that either.

So you're not gonna credit him for dominating the cruiserweight division?

All I saw was you talking up a seriously ill man in chagaev. He is not allowed to box anywhere that matters, except in Germany against Klitschko.

Haye is in a bad era , this is why his rise to the heavyweight championship was so exceptionally quick- but he admits that.

He's probbly the best crusierweight of the 200Lbs limit era. I think being the best in a weight class. (I consider the 200 Lbs era a diffrent weight class than the 190 Lbs era.) gets you in the Hall of Fame.
