Never thought he had much talent.Slow as **** and no snap in his shots which is a death sentence for a heavy right away.Terrible fighting mentality as a pro.

No doubt he could have done a bit more with a better mentality, but he was never going to be at the top of the sport.

Who has Carl Froch fought who was 3 stone heavyier than himself or 8 stone heavyier. On average David Haye is fighting oponents 3-2 stone heavyier than himself.

You need a fair bit of courage and heart to step up from Cruserweight, to face such a difficult challange.

Carl Froch has more heart than David Haye because he walks forward and fights like a ****** against fellow Supermiddle Weights..?

So what if David Haye fought a tactically defensive fight against Wladmir Kiltschko, this is boxing. David Haye has to find a way how to get around the height, weight, reach advantage some of these heavyweights have upon him.

Carl Froch is a no mark anyway....

In UK history? Get the heck outta here.

The guy turned pro at an age when even most great fighters are starting to decline. Not to mention he was never really that good technically and mentally, and was always playing catch-up. His career went just as it should have. It would've been a HUGE overachievement if he met even half of the silly expectations.

Technically he was better than most heavyweights, look how ******ed and monged out Joshua looks..? And people are wanking over him constantly.

If he would of not taken control of everything in his career, promotion & training. And he would of gained the trust of somebody to tell him what to do, like in the amateurs.

It would of been a big gamble for him to be World Champion, but he would of never of lost at British or European level. Guys like Michael Sprott..? Technically and skill wise where never on Audley Harrison's level. Sprott won their first fight, after being totally dominated for 2 rounds, and then he throw a punch with his eye's closed.

And with one arm Audley Harrison, pushed Sprott and y no means was being dominated in the rematch, before he sparked Sprott out.

Audley Harrison ego, and know it all attitude hamper his career big time.

Amateur boxing is more professional than Professional boxer. Amateur boxers are always in shape, and their lifestyle and routines are Spartan like When boxers turn professional some of them, totally fall in love with the lifestyle of...? Training for 6-10 weeks before fights.

Harrison was a big fat **** in his first professional fight.

His biggest problem wasn't his fighting style, his age or even his heart.

    It was his ego.

Everyone in the press where calling him the next Lennox Lewis, the saviour of the heavyweights bla bla bla

So the BBC dangle that huge contract in front of him, not realising pros is very different building to amateurs and let him fight bums. His claims got stupider and more arrogant, remember when he could've fought Bruno?

His negative style would've been unimportant if he went with a promoter.
