    Started boxing professionally at the age of 15 and suffered 3 losses in his first 9 bouts.

    Notable wins: Sergio Martinez, Miguel Cotto, Joshua Clottey, Kermit Cintron 2x and Frankie Randall.

    Notable losses: Manny Pacquiao, Miguel Cotto, Shane Mosley & Paul Williams.

    He won three major titles:
    WBO Welterweight Champion (147 lbs).
    IBF Welterweight Champion (147 lbs).
    WBA Welterweight Champion (147 lbs).

    one of the worst cheaters in boxing, if he fought in the early 1900's, I wouldn't be surprised if he hardened his gloves with nails or other surprises

    how many titles has he won? thats good enough to get inducted like it or not your going to see it happen.
