The may cotto fight where merchant said something to the effect of mayweather has transformed from a hiphop boxer to some type of rap boxer.

He was speaking on mayweather walking boxers down and throwing more combos

  2. Lennox Lewis, and I can't remember what fight it was...

"Every time he tries something, he keeps him from trying what he tries to try..."

    And I'm like.... >.<

"I Declared this fight as Over....& SINCE THAN KHAN TAKEN OVER...oh...but here comes Garcia..."

-Jim Lampley (Moments after Khan peeled himself off of the canvas twice & moments before Kenny Bayless calls a Halt to the Fight - TKO Garcia)

I don't mean to **** on the dead, but when Bert Sugar talked about how impressive it was that Cotto out-jabbed Mosley because "Mosley is one of the best jabbers in boxing", I thought that was incredibly stupid. Mosley's jab always sucked.

I agree. This has got to take the cake. I remember thinking that Kellerman is such a biased tool of the sorry boxing circus we have today that he had to take it to the extent of questioning his and the entire HBO's crew's own competence in calling the fight in order to avoid saying what everyone instinctively knew: that the judges weren't only incompetent, but actively corrupt. Why? At who's service? For what ulterior purpose or conspiracy? I'm not saying that he should have speculated about that on the air, but to try and justify that decision was really the dumbest and most unprofessional thing I've heard a boxing commentator say on the air in a long time, if not ever.

What makes it funny: Outside of the two fighters, the referee is the ONLY man in the ring.
