    Nothing beats:

    "Jorge Linares is the greatest fighter I've ever seen" - Manny Steward a scholar of the game who has seen/trained or at the very least thoroughly studied all the greatest fighters in history. A round later Demarco proceeds to beat the **** out of Linares and stop him a few later than that hahahahaha nothing will ever top this for me then steward has the nerve to drop his catch phrase:

    "this ended up going exactly as I thought" no it didn't muther****er!! you though linares was the greatest ever for a senile minute

    I’m a Pac fan but I couldn’t stand the freaking nut hugging.

    Bradley was actually connecting with some shots of his own when “Bang Bang” Lampley was talking about how big and powerful Pac’s calves were!:patsch

    Jim Lampleyis getting a lot of hate. He has been bad of late but he was great before that for decades. He's probably getting a little up in age, hence the decline.

    That was pretty bad.

    I do like Lampley as he has a great voice for commentary and has given us some unforgettable quotes/moments, but he can also be embarrassingly bad at times.

    We need to listen to what Manny Steward was saying after the first round when Williams fought Martinez.

    Its just classic Steward, then when the fight finishes he says something completely different.

    Why is it we think that people who teach others to punch is a reason to put them behind a microphone?

    Lampley is getting a lot of hate here... as he has authored many dumb ass quotes over the years... However... He's also said some really good things and has rightfully called out certain idiots in boxing out loud and on the air.. So he should get a bit of respect to go along with some of that hate.

    When he's gone, even the haters will miss him... since he's been the voice of HBO Boxing for like 30 years.
