With Mayweather being top 15 ATG, who does he need to beat to get into top 10?

Hes top 10 already. He fought P4P ranked fighters and made everyone look average. Most dominant boxer ive seen. I didnt see Greb armstrong Jack johnson etc. The eye ball test is very important so its hard to put any of the old guys over him. And honestly athletes get better and more skilled over time not the opposite. I give alot of respect to the older generations but in no way were they better just cuz they fought more. Career resume is very important but imo a fighters prime is very important also.

My eyeball tells me the top 20 goes as such:
