http://www.ringpolska.pl/boks-na-swiecie/waga-ciezka-boks/20671-fury-celuje-w-znane-nazwiska HW boxer Tyson Fury (19-0, 14 KO) will have his next fight in November, but his opponent is not yet known. His camp are talking about a possible fight with. former 3 weight champion James Toney, former HW champions Rusłan Chagaev and Sergiej Liakhovic and Jean Marc Mormeck. Fury's promoter Mick Henessy is currently negotioating with possible opponents. Last time out the 24 year old fighting out of Machester easily beat Vinny Maddalone. my pick is he calls out known names, and fights a guy like Maddalone or Rogan again. thoughts?
Fury is just ok if you ask me. He moves ok for a guy his size but seems to have a weak chin. Ofcourse his size will make problems for anyone. I think as long as Price can take a good shot he is a good deal better than Fury. But I think Fury could end up with a title at some point.
really dont know what to make of fury he can box but seems to have trouble with ppl he should be walking threw and he has been down a few times now think ill wait and see how this one turns out but dont have high hopes :-/
He has fought a few terrible opponents, he has only had 16? 17? fights though, so he gets a pass for a while When you consider Vitali is fighting Manuel Charr, Adamek was about to fight Toney and is now facing walker, Wladimir is facing Wach...it's not like the level of comp is high from anybody
he needs to learn to stand his ground and if the opponent attacks then block and lean into them or somethin, he runs to the other side of the ring
Fury isn't going far under the tutelage of his Uncle Huey. He has great physical attributes but lacks the ability to figure out he needs a good trainer. He's wasting time with his Uncle and after being with Steward and improving tenfold, you'd think he'd go elsewhere. I've said all along that Fury can go far based on his physical attributes alone, add to that some boxing skill and he'll become a world champion. But he doesn't have the boxing skill nor look like getting it. He improved tenfold under Steward and the result was he was able to throw a jab properly and box a little bit - he was that bad before. He's young though and at 24 has time to improve and decide where his future lies. As it is, he doesn't go past gatekeepers.
tyson fury calls the shots. only guy fighting on normal 'free' tele in the UK, i respect to him for that. hey wee man, kick yourself in the head. hey fury, punch yoour self in the face? dooooooooe
He has alot of obvious flaws that why people find it hard to rate him- At the same time he has alot of qualities. For example someone said he dosent have a good chin but my perception is its fine but his defense and general sloppiness isnt which allows full on shots to land. Example the Pajikc fight- He is fast, for a big man, especially his hands....he throws lots of punches. He has a great will to win which goes along away. Bad points are being in and out of shape fight to fight, sloppy technical skills, lack of ring generalship...
