There are WAY too many titles in boxing for the mere # of titles won to be a deciding factor. As it stands, there's 4 (IBF, WBA, WBC, WBO) and the Ring Belt if that's counted as title in each division, and that's not even couinting the interim Champ, Super Champs, Diamond Champs, or Emeritus Champs.

probably, if it wasn't for that plaster incident. I'm not that sure though even if the plaster incident didn't happen, probably because he lack names on his resume

No. He never won the IBO belt. He won three world titles: IBF, WBA & WBO.

Mosley and RJJ definitely should not be on there.

All in the same weightclass spanning a number of years whilst tasting major defeats. Hardly hall of fame worthy.

Does a Everlast punching bag deserve to be in the HOF?

Should he be in the HOF? No. Any fighter caught cheating shouldn't be there.

Agreed. Tarver, Mosley, RJJ, Berto, Toney, and Peterson should never be listed now or in the future.
