    Awesome! I hope to live that long, and be as healthy as he is... Even if I can't still throw the hands anymore.
    the YMCA I go to theres a 90 year old man who worksout like 6 days a week. His wife died about a year ago, and he just works out, and volunteers at the hospitals. He still lifts a little, does abs, swims a little in the pool, and walks. Very inspiring
