Chael Sonnen is already talking crap to Jon Jones on twitter.

I think Chael can ride out a five round decision. I don't think it will be as easy as a lot of people think, though. Forrest's BJJ could pose some problems.

 

pretty much guaranteed this will be the UFC's marquee match up next year providing both these guys win their upcoming fights.

That's if Jon Jones can survive the H BOMB though

 

A marquee match-up is one where both guys are elite and stand a fair chance of winning. Jones-Machida, GSP-Condit, Dos Santos-Velasquez, Aldo-Edgar, these are marquee match-ups. Unless Sonnen bulldozes a legit top 5 guy at lhw like Rashad, I don't see how a beaten middleweight contender facing one of the top 3 guys in the sport qualifies as a marquee matchup. Jones could sub Sonnen with two fingers.

 

It's more like a cheap ploy to con people in buying a non-competitive fight.

Chael isn't even a gatekeeper in any division outside of MW. He made a career, like another pretty well known fighter, fighting in the weakest division in the sport.
