Is Rafael Marquez about done?

    Still a world class technician but just a bit too shop worn it seems to compete in his weight class.

    Would have been interesting to have seen how the JuanMa fight would have played out without the injury.

    Marquez has a fight coming up against Wilfredo Vazquez Jr which wont be easy for him.

    Still has something left but hes getting there.

    If he loses to Vazquez he should retire.

    He can beat any decent fighter but he's done at elite level.

    He's at the end of his career, no question about that. Look at all the injuries he's been having as of late. He might have just enough left in the tank to beat Vasquez, but I wouldn't be surprised if he suffers some injury in that fight.

    he was done after the fights with israel vasquez. nacho wanted him to retire.

    He gave so much in those fights, and should have taken Nacho's advice. Rafael Marquez seems to be too brave of a warrior for his own good. I've gone from loving to watch him fight to having an uneasy feeling in my stomach when I see him in the ring.
