    Always felt BHop should be ranked higher than Floyd or Manny.

    @this midwest chopper dumb dumb

    You are a ****ing hater yourself. You think those were Hopkin's wins? :lol::lol::lol: He did a lot more then that. Let's just list ONE more win you forgot.

    Tarver was yet another favorite 3-1 favorite against Hopkins. He was coming off the RJJ Wins and many viewed him as an Elite fighter who was gonna beat Hopkins. Hopkins dominated him 12-0.

    Not to mention you forgot most of Hopkin's MW run, which although didn't have that many dominant names on it, did have a big amount of solid fighters in which Hopkins systemically destroyed and took apart.

    I thought you only hated British and Eastern European fighters and just pretended to be ******ed to get a rise out of people.

    Who knew that you were actually ******ed.

    Trinidad was a very good MW. Tito as a MW would have beaten 8 of the top 10 today. 7, if you think he can't take GGG(I think he'll beat him).

    If anything, Hopkins deserve MORE credit for beating yet another favorite, the way he did. It's not that Hopkins just end up beating the favorites. It's that he ended up DOMINATING them.

    Kelly Pavlik was the next big thing, he was undefeated and looked amazing. Hopkins took him apart and made him look like some big ****** robot.

    Also there is no way in Hell Roy Jones beat a Prime Hopkins. Get that 'physical prime' **** out of here. Nobody give a **** about 'physical prime' Wladimir's physical prime was when he was being brutally knocked out by Sanders.

    If Roy had fought Hopkins instead of Tarver I, he would have been stopped. If we can conjure up the best version of Roy and the best version of Hopkins and put them both at SMW, it will be a 50-50 fight. Maybe 60-40 in favor of Roy.

    Hopkins actually missed out on going up to SMW, his body type really was perfect for SMW and at that division he would have had superiority in every department against all the SMW'S out there.

    This. But I find it confusing that so many people are voting for Hopkins. Compare their top 10 wins, and Floyd's are probably better top to bottom, and he doesn't have the losses. Yes, Hopkins didn't avoid nearly as many guys as Floyd, but a lot of his best wins came against guys fighting well over their best weight, and the divisions he competed in were just weaker than those PBF competed in.

    IMO, Floyd is about top 35 all time, Bernard is closer to 50 or 60, but I think there's a decent gap between the two.

    Not nearly as good of a win in retrospect as it was at the time. Tito was a perfectly respectable middleweight, and yes Hopkins was the underdog, but we now know Tito wasn't the beast at 160 he was at lower weights. Same goes for and DLH. I still think Hopkins' best win was Tarver, honestly.

    A lot of Hopkin's wins get swept under the rug. His age must be taken into consideration. People talk about longevity, that is resume as well. Winning a big fight at 47 is actually even more impressive then winning a big fight at 30.

    Jean Pascal is a top 4 LHW, if he move down to SMW right now, he will be a top 4-5 SMW. Pascal is very underrated, and Hopkins fairly beat him 115-112-113.
    Just a indication of how impressive Bernard is. If you put the version of Jean he beat, against the 2004 Roy Jones Jr that fought Tarver. Roy would have been brutally knocked the **** out, possibly hurt bad into coma. AND BERNARD in 2004 was elite, in 2010-2011, way past 40 he was STILL elite.

    People like to ignore the difference Angel made, along with the more negligible size difference between Manny and Juan.
